How to Join
Eligibility: Open to artists of African origin or descent (18+) working in painting, sculpture, mixed media, photography, printmaking, or digital art. Both emerging and established artists welcome. No formal arts education required.
Commission split: 60% to artist, 40% to gallery — among the most artist-friendly terms in the industry. No upfront fees, no exhibition charges.
What you submit: 8–12 high-resolution images of recent work (last 3 years), a 250-word artist statement, a CV or short bio, and your asking price range.
Timeline: Submissions reviewed on a rolling basis. You will hear back within 4 weeks. Selected artists are onboarded within 6–8 weeks and featured in the next quarterly exhibition cycle (4 shows per year: March, June, September, December).
What you get: Representation across our gallery and online platform, inclusion in 1–2 group exhibitions per year, dedicated artist page with bio and works, marketing across our 12,000+ collector mailing list, and first consideration for solo shows after 12 months.
